The process.

Step 1. Choose your plan

You select the plan that offers you the services you want for your business.

Step 2. Agree on the price

We tailor the plan to exactly fit your needs and agree on the monthly cost.

Step 3. Engagement

We both sign an engagement letter setting out our expectations and set up a Direct Debit to collect the monthly fee.


Is it difficult to change accountants?

We do all of the leg work. All you have to do is notify your old accountant of the change and we take it from there.

Will my fee change after I have joined HV?

We agree on the services you need and the cost of these services for the next 12 months. Nothing changes until your business needs to change.

Is it hard to use HV apps for accounting software and storage?

We offer training and guidance so that you can find the data you need. We are always on hand to answer your accounting questions.

Does it take loads of my time to set up with HV?

We deal with all aspects of the onboarding process. You give us all the information & records needed to make a start.
